If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Flooring Return You must return the goods to us at your own expense, having notified us that you are canceling the order. Please note that the returns must reach us as soon as reasonably practicable after your receipt of the goods – else we will understand that you are not, in fact, canceling your order. We usually treat this as a maximum of 14 days after your receipt of the goods. If we receive the goods back within this time, we will then refund the value of your order.
All refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, usually within 14 days of cancellation of the order and product has been received back to us.
Obviously, if a product is faulty, you can return the products in accordance with the terms and conditions (and not in accordance with the rights and rules above)
